Who we are
OXAR BV (Oude Boekeloseweg 33 7553DS Hengelo Nederland) is the data controller for the personal data you provide through this website and the customer portal. For privacy questions, email info@oxar.nl.
What we collect
- Account & billing data — name, address, email, phone, Chamber of Commerce / VAT (for business accounts).
- Payment data — handled by our payment provider (Stripe or Mollie). We don't store card data ourselves.
- Service data — what you host, which domains, which cloud resources you run.
- Logs — IP addresses and usage data in our logs, for security and billing. Retained for at most 90 days.
Why we collect it
To deliver the services you've signed up for, to comply with our legal obligations (accounting, fraud prevention) and to keep our infrastructure secure. We don't use your data for third-party marketing.
Where your data lives
On our own servers in the Netherlands. Traffic between our zones runs over our own backbone. We don't share your data with parties outside the EU.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and export your data. Complaints can also be submitted to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
